Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

Green Waxing and Glow Studio understands that life happens. In the event that you are running late for your appointment please call us to let us know, at your earliest convenience. As much as possible we will try to offer flexible accommodation. However, please understand that your service may need to be shortened or abbreviated in order to provide on-time service to other scheduled clients.

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not cancel your appointment and fail to show up for your scheduled service, your account will be marked a No-Show. Clients with three or more No-Show incidents will be assessed a No-Show Fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
